YOUTH AND LEADERSHIP

Every young person most likely would love to consume a reputable position in any organization he or she finds him or herself. This is usually due to the fact that it helps boost one’s ego, knowing fully well that one has a little bit of control over his supposed subjects.

Youth and leadership is very necessary in our present day society, like we all know the youths are the elderly leaders of tomorrow, therefore entrusting them with some sort of political power no matter how small is actually a good way to help build our leaders of tomorrow.

Our country Nigeria has fallen so badly that corruption has taken a seat of honor in our public offices as well as in the hearts of men. Most people want to be leaders for the sake of embezzlement and private purposes and not to serve the people.

If youths are given leadership position and taught how to handle issues without selfish interests, and bias minds, then I think we are going to succeed to make our country better through good leadership .
